Rental of any of our domain names indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are subject to change, and any customers who have 'live' bookings will be notified of any changes via email.

Rentals will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. In the event of two customers attempting to hire the same domain at the same time, the time of the transaction, as recorded at the paypal website, shall be the deciding factor.

Rental periods are divided into units of one calendar month, but need not start on the first day of the month. Example: 21st January to 20th February is one calendar month.
Rentals shall be deemed to have started only when the domain 'points to' the customer's website URL or nameservers, and the calendar month shall be calculated from this moment. (ie: the customer does not pay for our administative time). The customer will recieve email notification when their domain goes 'live'.

Nameservers and email forwarding changes will be made to the customer's requirements once payment has cleared. If further changes are required during the rental period, we will endeavour to make them within 24 hours.

Prices are subject to change without notice. (Though not once booked of course). All sales are final and not normally refundable. In the event that the domain forwarding service can not be provided for any reason however, refunds will be made on a pro-rata basis.

The website adult-domain-rentals.co.uk and the domain name properties offered for rent therein are wholly owned by Ewan O'Brien, a UK based sole trader. The domain name at all times remains the property of Ewan O'Brien, and the customer does not gain access to the domain's administrative rights as part of the rental. The term 'rental' refers to web and email forwarding services, and ownership of the domain name is in no way transferred. Rentals are granted at the discretion of Ewan O'Brien and may be terminated accordingly if customers are deemed to have breached any of these terms and conditions, or the spirit of fair play.

Ewan O'Brien and adult-domain-rentals.co.uk are not responsible for the content of customers' externally hosted websites, and may not be held liable for them. Customers who point our domains to websites containing illegal, racist or homophobic material will have their rental terminated and will not recieve a refund.
